BUG-026 — Mass Crew Disappearance / Asset Loss

• Issue: Lost 59 crew initially, then 20 more. Also lost zAtlas. Unknown if crew are deleted, moved, or consumed by untracked system.
• Priority: URGENT
• Impact: High — direct asset loss to player

BUG-027 — Ghost Ship / Stuck Craft (Ogrika Jod)

• Issue: Crafted Ogrika Jod never appeared in inventory/hangar. Crew still showing as working on craft. Stuck in pending state, never materializes.
• Priority: URGENT
• Impact: Loss of crafted asset + crew locked in limbo

BUG-028 — Missing Crew (Systemic Pattern)

• Issue: Multiple players reporting crew vanishing without explanation. Likely same root cause as BUG-026 (crew deletion/orphaning).

• Impact: Recurring systemic issue
